Warrior of the Heart

Morihei Ueshiba, founder of Aikido, was not to be messed with. Even at a very old age, he practiced his traits with weightless fluency. Nevertheless taking down his many 'partners' (in Aikido you do not mention of an opponent) who took their chance to try to hit him over the head. His teachings were about the path of harmony as the reward of a fight. He would never seek to fight, but mastered himself in the noble art of self-defense. 

You may be in a situation where you feel forced to endure violence or you seek to avoid it actively. If so, fear may have taken the better of you at some points in your life and maybe you want to overcome that. The tricks and treats from this Warrior Training are meant to give you some advantage in case of emergency, and only when you are being attacked yourself. This training is in no way designed to harm anybody of praise violence what so ever. The content is for educational purposes only.
